Douglas Fir
Our Douglas Fir material comes from multiple sources, with various possible widths and thicknesses to allow for a wide range of applications. Our Rough-Sawn Douglas Fir is one of the most cost-effective and easiest ways to simulate barn-wood siding, while our Old Patina Douglas Fir is ideal for flooring, paneling, and trim.

| Material Specs | Nail marks with black staining are common, as are knots, checks, and small patches of discolored wood from rafters or studs. Bolt holes with black staining as well as indentations from use of tools are possible. Splits, wane, and knot holes may be present. Splits up to twice the finished width, knots up to a third of the finished width, and seasonal checking are allowed. |
