High grade Douglas Fir Ceilings and Paneling remilled from The Stanford Gymnasium, Interior and exterior Door and Window Trim and Bedroom and Bathroom Cabinetry of Clear Vertical Grain Douglas Fir, Shaker style Douglas Fir Doors (Doors by Stott Builders), Western Red Cedar Exterior Trellis Work. Ed Welch is a bona fide craftsman.

Green Design Residence – The house walls are built with Integrated Concrete Forms (ICF)- a concrete house poured within a styrofoam block shell, made to last hundreds of years. The ceiling is bamboo. Crossroads provided home made Jeffery Pine Doors, Tabletop, Standing Dead Pine Vigas, reclaimed wood posts. Log poles are from USFS well managed and performed fire safety and watershed management project used as semi-shade on the upstairs studio porch.
